Yes. this is necessary especially for client feedbacks when I need to see all their answers under each question specifically.

Yes and to be able to prefill it with company letterhead, that would be great. Our use case would be for daily reports at job sites. It would be nice for our installers to be able to fill out a daily report, then it populates a PDF, which is then sent to the customer automatically.

I have an 80 question form (questionnaire) that I'd like to be able to export and share with the form recipients so that they know what information they will be expected to provide before they start.
