Expand/Collapse all when grouping by List on Folder/Space/Everything view

When you are viewing the entire workspace by clicking on the 'Everything' or even 'All' items under a Space that has lot of folders, the list of the tasks grouped by Folder/List/Status can get very large if you have lot of items. This makes it difficult if you need to focus on certain sections while being in that view.
There is a 'Collapse group' option under the grouped list of tasks but it takes two clicks to Collapse each group and there is no Collapse all/Expand All option.
It will be greatly beneficial to have a one click expand/collapse button next to each Folder/List/Grouped Tasks as well as one Expand all/Collapse all button for the entire view.
It will save a lot of time for the people who need to keep a tab on multiple projects/lists from the common view yet need some more control on the view to manage the giant list of tasks better.

It should also be able to quickly open to a certain level of subtasks i.e open to Level 1 quickly expands to just the first level of subtasks or level 3 to the middle level etc. This sort of thing would make life easier all round - I didn't know about the collapse all option shown - so perhaps it should be more prominant along with other features to quickly navigate a list. Also sometimes if you want expand all on but have 1 task with so many subtasks you don't need to see them all I collaspe just that one but it won't save or remember that - need an option to choose so you have some expanded some collapsed and save the view...

Collapse/Expand All Lists at Space Level

We would like to be able to expand or collapse all lists in a given space.
Currently, when our team members use filtered lists at the Space level, they often have several different lists to work through, and manually have to expand and collapse each list independently. Individually expanding and collapsing lists is time consuming, and this feature change would be a helpful addition!
So, when viewing lists at the Space level, ideally we would be able to expand all lists at once (or, conversely, collapse all lists at once), and still be able to expand/collapse lists individually, too.

Hi all - I know this feature request has been around for a while, but I wanted to point to this menu option, which isn't new, but just in case it helps your workflow when looking at a view that is grouped by a status, property, or field. However, this option does not currently exist when grouping by list. Cheers!

Caroline Ginty I appreciate the reminder, but we really need the "expand all" version of that command. And, yes, we need it to be applicable when a view is grouped by list.

Or even just 'remember' the expanded / collapsed dates from the last time visiting that Time Entries page would be a step in the right direction. TIA

Agreed. Even a "return to the Top" button would be helpful.

Please note that this request (Rebeckah & I are on the same team) is different than the "expand all folders" option in the overflow menu next to the "Spaces" header. The specific situation relates to a view created on the Space level, one that collates tasks from lists in multiple folders.
Example:
Space = Clients
Folders = Client A, Client B, Client C, etc.
Lists = Project 1, Project 2, Project 3, etc in each of the Client folders
There are many times when we need to do work related to each Project 1 in each of the Client folders. So, there is a view created on the Space level, with filters to show that. This is the view where it's important to expand & collapse all.
That said, a more universal expand & collapse all (available on space or folder level) would likely be valuable to many other use cases.
