When picking a start time, it always start with hours after the midnight, involving typing or scrolling to get to the working hours.

Ideally I would like to set working hours up front in the drop down, maybe followed by the rest of the hours.

Eg. 09am to 7pm

This would allow me to click 9 am without needing to type or scroll.
