Everything view | Don't default to creating tasks in a Personal List, instead ask the user to select a List

When users create tasks while in the Everything view, they are used to having to select a List for where the task will be created. Now it defaults to your Personal List which causes confusion and tasks "going missing" if new users don't know where to find the Personal List tasks
