Feature Request: Workspace-Level Control to Disable the Invite Button
Description: We need the ability at the Workspace level for Admins (or designated roles) to disable the "Invite" button. This feature is critical for ensuring proper access control and maintaining the integrity of our Workspace configuration.
Reasons for Request:
Prevent Confusion Among Users:
Regular users often lack the understanding of how specific roles and permissions are set up within the Workspace. This can lead to unintentional invitations being sent, potentially compromising the Workspace's security and functionality.
Enterprise-Level Complexity:
For Enterprise users, hidden or specialized roles (such as those with restricted access or limited permissions) are not considered when users invite others. This creates conflicts and inefficiencies in managing roles and permissions.
Improved Administrative Oversight:
By allowing Admins to control the visibility of the Invite button, we can ensure that only authorized personnel handle Workspace membership changes, minimizing risks of accidental or unauthorized invitations.
Proposed Solution: Add an option at the Global Workspace level to toggle the visibility of the Invite button for non-admin users. When disabled, only Admins (or other authorized roles) will have the ability to invite new members.
