Enhanced AI Credit Usage Analytics for Admins

The AI usage dashboard is a great start, but admins need deeper insights. We can see total credits consumed, but not who used them or what generated the usage. Adding user-level analytics, feature-level breakdowns, filters, exports, and usage alerts would make it much easier to manage AI adoption and credit consumption.

Now that Artifacts consume credits, this has become a glaring info gap for ClickUp admins.
Right now, our only option is limiting Artifact creation to a specific role, which won't be well received. We'd rather manage usage through training and follow up with specific people when usage becomes an issue. Without user-level data, we don't have that option.
