Brent This is very helpful thank you. However, what seems to be lacking is the ability to embed a Gantt Chart view (and other views as well). This would be very helpful for our workflows because of the need to send over project updates to clients on a weekly basis as a PDF.

What we really want to be able to do is not to have to create a view first and then embed it. Let's say I want to embed a view (or table/list, i don't care) into a document - maybe it's all of the tasks related to what's in the document, but it might be across lists. I can either embed a table into the document which has to be the same in every document I add it to (it only has a single filter on it, so it can't be specific to the document), OR i have to create a view first and then embed it, which creates a ton of views for me to manage that I don't really need to reuse. The better solution would be to allow me to either create a view on the page that is associated with just that page, or to allow me to save the filtered table in a way that the filter on the table is just associated with the table on that page. Essentially i just want to be able to get an arbitrarily filtered list in a document that's saved with the document without having to create views first and without forcing the user to change the filter every time they open another document.

To embed views in a document, use iframe, a plugin or add-on, and ensure you have the proper permissions and comply with terms of service.

I hope that you can embed the "embed view" to take advantage of embedding html into a doc. I'd like to iframe Microsoft Office 365 files into docs. Surprised the embed slash command doesn't support this.

Any chance this is baked in to 3.0 Waleed Elaghil? The workaround is fine with me honestly, but what we really need is to be able to https://clickup.canny.io/bugs/p/exporting-docs to pdf with these embedded views intact. That would essentially then solve for https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/invoices

Not just a cutoff of a part, like just the top few tasks.
Doc feature called: "Table of Task (List view)".
Just to change the sice yourself or, like an overview like in Dashboars.

This would be nice to have. Please make embedded view of lists, checklists and other CU content all fully editable within the doc.
