Embed view - GSuite login for desktop app
complete
Mark Baguley
Currently embed view brings spreadsheets or documents directly into ClickUp as long as Chrome is logged into the attached GSuite account. However on the desktop app the pages don't display at all as we are forbidden from sharing publicly.
If a way can be found to provide access though the desktop app (and others) to provide parity with the chrome app that would be great.

Check out our improved Desktop App! Not only did we release a bunch of new features and squash bugs, but you can also log in straight to Google Drive or Google Calendar from the app!

Update from other thread: OK so I looked into it and yes - "public" DOES mean ANYONE on the internet can find the sheet - Yikes! Fortunately the sheet in question was set to "anyone with the link". Still seems to embed in the ClickUp "View", however, I have to click the "you can click to load it." link every time I come back to the "View". Is this technically not supposed to work but is? Do you see this being blocked by The Goog in the near future? Do you see being able to not have to click the link every time at some point?
Funny how sometimes a solution creates five new problems!

Can't believe Google... Well actually I can. Regardless, hopefully we can get a way to embed this soon!

Hey Mark! We are looking for workaround solutions right now, but it's a pretty challenging thing to do just because of the nature of a desktop application not having access to your browser data. We will continue trying to get this done though!

Zeb: Great, thanks Zeb!
