What I'd like to be able to do is communication with my clients through Clickup. We use ZenPilots system to organize our clients. A folder represents a client and the list represents the services being provided. I'd love to have an "Inbox" for each folder that routes and filters communications from that client into the folder so that all communications are synced to that folder for the team to see. If I email out of a task, the reply comes back to that task. I'd rather email out of a Inbox in the folder. OR have a universal inbox that allows us to also filter/add communications from a client to their folder.
