Allow the user, when invited, and before joining a third-party workspace, to edit their name (also include a nickname field) and their position (this could also be edited by an administrator).

Ex: I can join a project where I am known by my Discord nickname, or a forum nickname. Or I may not want to reveal my full name to one organization, but in others I may want to do it differently.
