You can use Power Automate to edit task descriptions automatically. Specifically, the "Update task details" action in Planner allows you to modify task descriptions. Simply set up a flow to trigger the update when certain conditions are met. https://www.dollartree-compass.com

We need to be able to clear the task descriptions when tasks are rolled forward each year. Not currently able to do this during the Duplicate List dialog or through the Bulk Action Toolbar after roll forward, and applying a task template won't replace the description, only appends, so we are stuck manually deleting descriptions for 1500 tasks. Please fix!

For ex:
When tickbox checked => Add +10 Instagram Reels on one line
When Tickbox checked => add another line + 20 Instagram Stories.
That way your team can easily see get all info without looking for specific fields.

Need a text editor in the description field within the "Create Subtask" action in the automtion. Need to be able to format text within the description field.
