Dynamics Fields in Docs Templates

Ability to Automatically fill variable fields in a document template with information entered through a table, list or form. Especially useful for recurring documents where only a few fields change! Example:

Table
Doc! | Name! | Country! | Activity!
Doc1 | Name1 | Country1 | Activity1
---
Doc Template:
Hi <Name!> from <Country!>, thanks for your participation in <Activity!>.
---
Automatically in Doc1:
Hi "Name1" from "Country1", thanks for your participation in "Activity1".

Another vote for this. I send a lot of docs to prospects whom I added through forms. Being able to link all of that together to make the workflow more seamless would be amazing!

Things that would be helpful would be mapping to custom fields, but also Task Name, emails, phone number, etc.

I would like to be able to add account fields to documents and if changed for them to be changed on all documents including templates such as:

> Company name, address, email, phone number: for document footer

Another example would be @today which is available in a lot of other tools. This would insert today's date when a template is used.

This would be a good feature, but apart fromt that, it would be good to include in a doc a field (not neccesary linked to a task) to select for example status or project phase or even selecting a date from a calendar

I would like to create Quotes and Invoices using rollup fields in docs.

First select the task where the rollup fields apply to, then they're filled in from the task
