Marco D'Angelo Noting that I have Python installed on my local machine that enables me to run scripts. I achieved this in 3 stages:
- I uploaded a CSV ClickUp extract file containing the task information, and asked ChatGPT to "Extract the Attachments column only and return this as a new CSV"
- I then upload the new CSV and asked ChatGPT to "Write a python script to download the files listed in this csv and store them in a sub-folder ClickUp-Files, let me download the script to run."
- I then created the sub-folder, and ran the script in the parent where I also stored the csv list. The script read in the file urls from the csv and downloaded each file into the sub-folder requested.

I did find a work around for this. Using ChatGPT to write a Python script that extracted all the attachment URLs from the data csv, then download the files to my local PC.

I need to archive (externally) a teams Space from within a Workspace. I can export all their data, but now need to export all their attached files. At the moment it looks like going through all their tasks individually and clicking download all in each of them.

Really no point in planning content in this app if there is no way to get into the app I need to use to schedule the content. Extremely frustrating and seems counterproductive. I would to download all the tasks and their contents.

Hoping that this feature gets prioritized, its important for us to be able to download all attachments from all tasks into a pdf for more visibility and ease of use

Backups are super important, especially to convince larger companies to utilise ClickUp as their main source of truth.

When will this be added to the queue?

it's not a nice-to-have, it's a must-have feature! Waiting for this...

I second this. I'd like to download all attachments of all tasks into one zip file. As an added bonus, it'd be cool if each tasks results in it's own named folder with the corresponding attachments.
