When creating SOPs and internal documentation across a workspace, there's no way to enforce consistent visual formatting. Every doc requires manual styling of headers, highlights, and text colors individually.
Request: Allow users to define style rules at the Doc, Folder, or Space level that automatically apply to content within. For example:
H1 headers always get a blue highlight
H2 headers always get a purple highlight
Default font/size preferences per Space
Why it matters: Teams producing lots of internal docs (SOPs, onboarding guides, wikis) want visual consistency without manually formatting every single header in every doc. Doc templates help for new docs, but don't cover edits or keep existing docs in sync. A style preset would save significant time and make documentation look professional without the overhead.
Bonus: If presets could cascade (Space → Folder → Doc, with override capability), that would mirror how statuses and custom fields already inherit down the hierarchy.
