Do more actions before or after launching agent

It would be nice if an automation would do additional actions before or after an agent is run. We have to create duplicate automations to perform additional actions. An example is an agent is run based on a custom field single select value. We want to post a comment on the task that states that the agent is running (because agents are slow and sometimes our users don't realize that things are happening in the background) as well as call the agent. Right now this requires two automations with the same trigger.

Two automations with the same trigger just to pair a comment with an agent launch is a real workaround tax. Your example nails it: users need to know the agent is running, but there's no way to post that comment AND fire the agent from one automation.
Chaining actions around agent launches is something we need to support. No timeline to share, but this is exactly the kind of compound pattern that makes automations actually powerful.
