As a user, I want to still see the summary of "Task B" on dependent "Task A", even if the "Task B" is deleted.

As it is today, only the task ID appears, which means relying on memory of the dependent task to decide whether the work is still blocked.

Alternatively, when a task is deleted, simply remove the dependency links.
