Different formats for Number Custom Field
completed

Can we have the option to change the format of the Number custom field?
Currently, it defaults to inserting commas, whereas it would be great to have it just show regular number.
Workaround used right now, is to use a text field.

Hi Hemant Kumar, Can we have also an option "no thousands separator" with comma decimal separator (currently only dot is available)? The reason is that only some EU countries use "1.234,56" most of EU actually uses "1 234,56" . Thx.
PS: The European format is "1 234,56" (thousands separator = space) however "1234,56" (thousands separator = none) works as well in terms of copy-pasting numbers from/to ClickUp.

Hi Hemant Kumar, Can we have the workspace default number format setting in Setting-Preferences (similar to Time & Date format)? Thx.

Hi,
This works with number fields. However, currency fields still do not display two decimal places.
In addition, the numbers should be right-aligned in the column, not left-aligned, to avoid an unsightly visual misalignment that impairs readability.
Thanks!

Hemant Kumar awesome!
I am missing the space separator or the ' separator.
And currency should behave like numbers :)
Thanks a lot!

Hemant Kumar Nice to see it released. One thing that would be nice, to have no separator bind to the chosen number format (like a checkbox as an option). Otherwise, it's still . instead , for EU users.

So, it's July 2026 now and I'm still looking at the custom number field showing me numbers like: 1,234,567.00
When is this going to be fixed so we can decide what layout to use??
The workaround Chris Brooks mentions, is limiting sorting and stuff.
I'm really looking for a number field that shows me: 1234567 instead of comma separated.

It would be nice if there were some formatting options for custom number fields, such as if commas appear, how many decimals points are allowed, etc.
