Admins can already delete a Chat message posted by other users, and the author of a message can also delete their own!

I believe that chat feature requires the option to delete chats, delete your posts within chats (including attachments, etc) as well as space admins need the ability to delete other users posts. Admins need the option to remove posts that may overshare information, or contain content that is not appropriate for work.
