Each user in our company works a different number of hours on projects registered on clickup, either according to the user's employment contract or their role in the project. Setting all users with a workload of 8 hours makes it impossible to control the workload via clickup.

I love the option to pause notifications for a certain amount of time, but I would love to have an option to set a Do not disturb schedule for when I am off work hours.
Examples:
DND every Saturdays and Sundays
DND every Mondays from 5pm to 8AM the next day
DND every day from 12PM to 1PM
etc.
Alternatively, would be great to automatically set profile status / DND for set calendar events.
Example:
My calendar has a one hour event at 1PM -> Automatically change ClickUp status to "In a meeting", and set DND for one hour.
See what Google Chat does for both, works well.

Some departments in our organization work a 4-10s schedule, while other work a typical 5-8s. It would be great to have hours in a day for reach user as a customizable field as not to create artificial imbalances in Workload view.
