Each list or space should have a way to have a default email and a default email template. Our company uses multiple email addresses, and I often hit send on an email before noticing I sent it from the wrong email address. Also, if the recipient of an email sent through ClickUp replies, that reply gets attached to the original card (as expected), but it also creates a new card. For spaces that only have one or two users, that might not be a big deal, but for larger teams it is a problem. I found a temporary workaround by creating an automation that looks at the subject of the email and if it contains a certain phrase, I'm having it automatically delete those, but then the user has to remember to include that in the email. One way to help with that is to select an email template and have that phrase automatically put into the subject, but again, the user has to remember to do that. If that's the only way to get around this, then a default email template for each list would be helpful so the user doesn't have to remember to click on the email templates button or to add this keyword to the subject.
