Tonight the search feature failed me and I was unable to locate critical information needed to complete my work under a deadline. I updated the app. I restarted the app. The search function just timed out repeatedly leaving me to search frantically to locate data I would otherwise use the search function for.
This has been a major concern for me since my COO migrated all of our SOP's to ClickUp.
To mitigate this can you please implement a feature that allows me to store the data locally (and search locally) so that if there is an issue with the search function or I am unable to access a network I am not left stranded without full functional access to my data.
Ideally the data would be stored locally and backed up on your cloud service. Currently it appears to be the other way around.
If I am mistaken and this feature already exists or is the default and the error I'm running into is separate, please accept my apology.
Also please let me know if there are alternative options that accomplish my goal that I have overlooked.
