Lamyaa ElQayssi: hopefully when the new version of IOS comes out in sep 2019, it will support dark mode.

High contrast mode does help - but does not darken the background enough. Don't mean to sound whiny - but it does make a difference when you're staring at the monitor for hours

For instance, with Trello background shared above - it is much much easier on the eyes

Dark theme is too dark to my eyes, I wish there either would be more "themes" selection - or the ability to choose your own background (like in trello). All I'm looking for is a darker background on a default theme so that the boxes and lists stand out more - kind of like this (trello)...

Russell Semenov: I totally agree. Trello has the colour combo spot on. I'm finding Clickup to harsh on the eyes. Way too much light for my taste, tiring my eyes in the process. It is what is currently stopping me from making the switch, despite the great feature set. The ability to customise this for our own taste would be great. The main thing is the background. Too glaring.
