This has been on the feedback blog across multiple posts since 2018. This is critical, has support, and should be easy to implement. Please make it happen.

I am also in support of this feature being added to ClickUp. Bundling emails at Michael suggests even within an hour, if not daily, would be an excellent improvement.

This is super important. As a PM, I need to get notified, but I don't want to get 50 emails a day, I would like one email I can scroll through instead of delete, delete,delete, delete......... Some of them I want to see, others I don't. I'd prefer just one email a date with one delete movement.

The current system bloats my inbox on a daily basis, but I don't want to turn it off because a few of the notifications do require my feedback. Having a daily digest or even just bundling emails within an hour would save me from the current madness of a bulk inbox takeover.

As the owner most of my responsibilities occur outside of ClickUp, but my staff needs me to weigh in on questions from time to time. These questions are normally not urgent and, if they are, these fantastic people call me on the phone or send me a text. This results in 100% of ClickUp notifications being deferrable for me, with an acceptable response window in the order of 24 hours or more.

Because of this, for me, real-time notifications are a complete annoyance and, without a daily email digest, numerous notifications become nothing more than "noise" to be ignored. I don't want to ignore wonderful people who need my help, but I also will not allow any software to bombard me with things that distract my attention, so notifications are currently completely shut off. This means that it's up to me to to intentionally go into ClickUp and see if there's anything I need to respond to.

The problem is that I have a lot on my plate, so I forget. 😬 That's not very nice, and I need your help being more loving and empathetic! Please consider adding email digests as an option. 🤩

As a manager, the only way to keep updated on tasks passivly is to subscribe to tasks. This leads me to have at least 30 emails a day about tasks that I don’t exactly work on, just oversee.
