Giving new entries to the Priorities list to start

When you add a new task to the Priorities list, the entry appears at the end of the list. If it adds a new entry by default it is an urgent task and should appear at the beginning. When the list is very long I have to manually move each new task to the top of the list.
Alternatively, there may be a parameter that tells you where the new item will appear in the Priorities list.
Alternatively, in the context menu of Priorities items, there are commands to move items to the beginning or end of the list.
