Customizable Keyboard Shortcuts/Hotkeys

I’ve noticed a recent change in the ClickUp desktop application that causes a significant problem for Polish users.
In Polish, we use the letter “ś”, which is typed using the Alt+S key combination. Unfortunately, Alt+S now appears to be assigned to the “Share Screen” panel, so every time I try to type “ś”, the panel opens instead.
Is there any way to disable or change this shortcut? I haven’t been able to find such an option in the settings.
I would also like to add that the “Keyboard Shortcuts” option is already unchecked, so keyboard shortcuts should theoretically be disabled.

In my case, ALT+S is taken over by Clickup. Disable this feature!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have encountered an issue with the ClickUp Desktop app on Windows.
When ClickUp is running, I cannot type the Polish character "ś", which is entered using AltGr + S on the Polish (Programmers) keyboard layout.
Instead, ClickUp intercepts the shortcut and opens the "Share Screen" window.

Why does "Share screen" appear when I press the right ALT key along with "S"? You may not know, but in Polish, pressing the right ALT key + 'S' creates the "ś" character, so it can't be used as a keyboard shortcut because it prevents normal typing, regardless of the application.

PLEASE FIX THIS! I have left many comments and requests for this. I use clickup for managing expenses in my business. If I create an expense and then immediately try to add a value of any number starting with 1, 2 or 3. Either the task opens or nothing happens at all. Like literally nothing is printed on the screen. This "toast" pop up NEEDS to be removed or at the very least give us a toggle to turn it off. Having to CLOSE THE LITTLE BOX every time I create a task is ridiculous. This should have been fixed months ago...the fact that it's still here is giving me reason to fully cancel. Dumb, tiny issues like this should not take a company this size months to fix.

On my ClickUp definitions, I want these 2 keyboard shortcut options to be always disabled:
What is happening is that, periodically - and usually, after a ClickUp update - these 2 options are automatically turned on again.
My suggestion is that, like happens with most of other settings, these 2 settings never reset and always keep the definition set by the user.
On my case, I use another software where the shortcut CTRL+J have a specific function. So, from time to time, I discover that ClickUp is interfering with it and I have to return here to disable these two toggles.
Thank you very much.

Turning off keyboard shortcuts via your profile doesn't disable the shortcuts tied to the popup "toast" feature. If you hit digits 1, 2 or 3 while the toast message is present it triggers one of these actions: 1 = View task, 2 = Copy URL, 3 = Pin to bottom. Please make it so disabling keyboard shortcuts actually disables keyboard shortcuts.

Hi ClickUp team,
After the recent desktop app update, typing "/" in a task name automatically opens the slash command menu. This creates a conflict for users in Taiwan who use a Mandarin input method, because "/" can be part of normal input and gets triggered uninten
Could you please add an option to disable the "/" slash command trigger specifically in task names, or allow users to customize this behavior?
Thank you

Feature Request: Customizable Shortcuts in Brain
Filip Killander
It would be incredibly useful to define custom keyboard shortcuts in ClickUp Brain, rather than being limited to fixed options or none at all. This would streamline our workflow, allowing quick access to Brain without disrupting our rhythm. The recent ClickUp 4.0 update emphasises user productivity and flexibility; customizable shortcuts would further enhance this ethos.

Feature Request: Custom Keyboard Shortcuts and Proper Multi Select Support
Please add fully customizable keyboard shortcuts similar to VS Code.
Right now, ClickUp’s keyboard shortcut system is both limited and inefficient. Many default shortcuts are unused or low value, yet users cannot remap them to actions they actually rely on. This is wasted shortcut real estate.
More importantly, ClickUp is missing extremely basic multi select behavior that exists in file explorers and most modern productivity tools:
• Shift + click should select a continuous range of tasks from the currently selected task to the target task
• Ctrl or Cmd + click should allow individual task selection
• Ctrl or Cmd + A should select all tasks in the current view
These are table stakes interactions. Not having them makes basic admin work like cleanup, bulk edits, and organization far more time consuming than the actual task work. Too many clicks, too much friction.
Power users live on the keyboard. We actively prefer shortcuts over mouse driven workflows. The lack of standard selection mechanics and the inability to customize shortcuts significantly hurts productivity and makes ClickUp feel clunky compared to tools like VS Code.
Until core interactions like selecting multiple tasks efficiently are resolved, it’s hard to justify paying for the platform when simple organizational work takes longer than it should.
Custom keyboard shortcuts plus standard multi select behavior would be a massive quality of life improvement and a clear win for serious users.
