I use ClickUp for literally everything EXCEPT the one thing that it can't do cleanly: customer/client timelines that you can modify and they can access and interact with.
Not a list of tasks, but an actual linear timeline that shows user tasks as well as customer/client tasks with check-off, adding, commenting, file upload, AI, etc. in them as a sort of portal for clients to see onboarding or implementation or sales discovery processes from.
ClickUp has literally all the features that would need to be pulled into it, I would just love to have that feature to create a project joint timeline for a client and export it to them. Would streamline SO MUCH and save so much time and make business run wayyyyy smoother.
