We use our own manually generated task IDs for compliance, version control and tracking purposes, we haven't been able to use clickup's because it isn't developed or customizable enough.

We use different abbreviations based on the task type, so I'd love to be able to create custom IDs based on task type rather than by list or space. So if I create three Social task types, they would be Social-0001, social 0002, social 0003 etc. not affecting other task type number counts.

Right now we'd have to organize our clickup by task type rather than by project in order to make this work, since each list can have it's own custom ID. That is obviously not ideal since we want to group projects together rather than by task type.
