Custom field to display "waiting on" dependencies only

In the current listing view, the dependency column shows "waiting on" and "blocking" in the same field, with no differentiation between the two in the default view. The only way to see which dependency type they are is to click on the field. It would be much easier to interpret if separate fields could be added to see "waiting on" only, or "blocking"

We would get so much usability out of having separate columns for waiting on versus blocking, it is so much more functional just to be able to see that information broken out without needing to click into the field. On top of that, though, having the column would mean it's one click less to add a dependency from List view (click add directly into Waiting On/Blocking rather than add into dependencies, then pick waiting/blocking).

I am recreating a process for on boarding customers and we have critical dependencies with tasks.
Having a single column showing both tasks is something that is not good for my team or I as demonstrated in the attached image, these should definitely be separate.
Hoping this gets worked on soon!
