Allow for different Custom Field default (initial) value per list.

Description:

In our ClickUp workflow we use Custom Field for "cost allocation code". Depending on the project phase this code changes, but for technical lists it has a normal default, for adminstrative lists we would like to have different default value but I don't believe this is possible now.
