It would be incredibly helpful for a form option to be 'select relationship', especially if he list has an existing relationship to another list. This will reduce so much manual work, remembering to create the relationship after the task is made

Seems like this may be a waste of time if some of you have been waiting 4+ years for this. Looking into using ClickUp as a CRM and looking to link a relationship between adding customer to a company via a form - looks like this may have to be a manual process for the time being. Perhaps in another 4 years we will be able to do it.

Just started using ClickUp, paid plan, and this is one of the first things I tried doing. Stumbled upon this thread and can't believe after 4 years this option is not available. Big ClickDown for me!

Brian Wanbaugh Anything you can do to help us advocate for getting this feature priortized sooner rather than later would be amazing. I like the new forms well enough, but this feature is a desperate need for us.

I got excited today when I received an email saying forms had been updated. Unfortunately it did not contain this highly desired feature. With 634 upvotes I'm kind of shocked that ClickUp didn't roll this out. I am hoping this is in the near future plans to roll out.

Currently we use Cognito Forms to manage intake and project forms. Once the form is filled out by the client they are emailed a link to it... so they can update as needed. We get an email alert every time they update the form. How great would it be to have all those fields generating information directly into custom fields and alerting our team by generating updates in the activity field.
