Export Form Submission as Clean PDF
Sparkz Bot
We would like to request a feature that allows users to export a form submission as a PDF that matches the original form layout. The PDF should include:
Only the fields from the form (not the entire task details or activity log)
The electronic signature image
The date and time the form was signed
The IP address of the signer (if possible)
This feature would be extremely valuable for compliance, record-keeping, and sharing signed documents with clients or third parties. Currently, the "Print" or "Save as PDF" options include unwanted information and do not resemble the original form, making it difficult to provide a clean, official record of the signed submission.
Thank you for considering this enhancement!

I would love to have forms create a PDF version of what has been submitted and to be able to send to the person who has filled out the form. This seems to be pretty standard in other form-building platforms. Can we please start boosting this to the top?

I'm super keen to see this new feature added please.
We currently have a client request form set up to feed into our Click Up space. Clients at our workplace (who don't have access to Click Up) request a job via this form. When they hit submit, it returns a message to them on page thanking them for their request. However, they currently have no way of seeing the job details that they submitted. Quite a few of them have said that this would be very useful to be able to refer to. One of the form fields we require them to complete is their email address. It would be REALLY useful if when they submit the form, a thank you email is sent to the email address they entered - along with a copy of their job details (whether within the body copy of the email or in a PDF attachment). It would then be their choice whether they keep the record or delete it.

Yes, please do and please have the form print in the format it was designed, not alphabetically.

I agree...some type of control that a form cant be Edited after it is submitted. Unless it has a Password or is logged separately under Audit Changes. This helps for control.
