Simple toggle to allow you to upload one Cover Image that is then pushed to all other Pages & Subpages inside the same document.

Our team uses Cover Images like crazy. We also have a ton of Pages & Subpages per document. The problem is when we create a new doc via a Template, if there's more than 1 page, we have to manually upload the same Cover Image to ALL Pages & Subpages.
