Copy Dependencies in Recurring Tasks
Corbett Magotra
The "Copy Everything" setting in the Recurs options does not include Dependencies. We have several weekly tasks that depend upon separate executive approval tasks as part of the process. It is useless to set recurrences if the dependencies do not copy over.

Yes - please please please - this is a killer feature, and it's KILLING me not having it!

Please consider this feature as crucial. Remapping dependencies takes quite a lot of time, especially when dealing with complex projects that involve cooperation among many departments. I kindly request the addition of a feature for remapping dependencies when setting the recurrence of a task in the "create new task" instance.

We really need this! Very disappointment to realise its not a current feature after a significant investment into ClickUp as our new project management tool. Hope its available soon!

I was so ecstatic to create a beautiful task template with dependencies to help my project workflow. It was one of the reasons why I chose to upgrade my account to a paid membership in ClickUp! Being able to set dependencies streamlined communication, removed redundant questions, and allowed our monthly project to flow smoothly. But then I set it to recurring and noticed the dependencies disappeared. I am absolutely distraught. If dependencies are allowed to be saved in a template... why would we not want it to be included when we make the SAME template recur? This is a huge oversight, and the fact that this has been a request for 5 years with no updates is concerning.

hey Click Up can we get some sign of life here. This is a major issue as it makes an entire feature set useless

This feature is NEEDED and way overdue, this makes dependencies useless for so many agencies.

PLEASE add this as a feature - was so excited last month when I added dependencies to a bunch of our tasks/subtasks - until realizing they don't carry over on recurring tasks!

I was hoping with 3.0 this change would be a part of it :) Fingers crossed SOON!

I'm fairly new to click up and have just set up a heap of recurring tasks - a lot of which are dependent on various other tasks, the dependencies not copying is very frustrating. Please add it as a feature.

This is a much needed feature for our team as well. We have dozens of tasks with dependencies and have to manually add the dependencies when the task recurs. Please add this feature ASAP.
