This would be huge, especially when it comes to form adjustments once live. Sometimes after go live you realize you don't need to have as much information or if there are changes to answers. This would help a lot as you work through process improvements

I'd love to be able to convert the Long Text field to Text. We converted a couple of fields from short Text to Long Text to take advantage of the side effect of having the full text appear in Task view. However, the extra click required to close the fields when editing is a hassle, and it distracts from our original intention for these fields, which is to accept a single line of unformatted text.
