Please add a confirmation prompt before an attachment is deleted from a task.

Currently, an attachment can be deleted with no confirmation, and there does not appear to be any record in the task activity showing who deleted it. Deleted attachments also cannot be restored from Trash.

Because the deletion is permanent, it would be helpful to have:

• A confirmation prompt before deleting an attachment

• An activity log showing when an attachment was deleted and by whom

• Ideally, the ability to restore deleted attachments from Trash

At minimum, a simple “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this attachment?” confirmation would help prevent accidental file loss.
