Configurable Default Time Tracking Unit

Summary: Allow users to set a Workspace or Personal preference for the Default Time Tracking Unit (Minutes vs. Hours).
Problem Statement: Currently, the ClickUp time tracking input defaults to Hours (h) if no unit is specified. For users who primarily track smaller, granular tasks in Minutes (m)—such as technical support, brief advisory calls, or system checks—having to manually type "m" after every entry (e.g., "90m") is a repetitive friction point. Entering "90" currently auto-completes to "90h," which can lead to significant reporting errors if not caught immediately.
Proposed Solution: Introduce a toggle in Workspace Settings > Time Tracking (and a personal override in My Settings) that allows users to choose their preferred default input.
If set to Minutes: Typing "90" would automatically log as 90 minutes.
If set to Hours (Default): Remains as the current behavior (90 hours).
User Benefit: * Efficiency: Streamlines daily task logging by reducing keystrokes.
Accuracy: Prevents massive inflation of time-tracked data caused by accidental "hour" logs for minute-based tasks.
UX Alignment: Better supports consulting and technical roles where sub-hour tracking is the standard operating procedure.
