Frustrating. I have no use for half the features provided in the business plan alone, never mind the next tier, but could really do with conditional logic on forms. The pricing structure and features offered really annoy me as you have to pay a lot for only one feature.

Ralph Stokes: I have access to the conditional logic forms, and I can tell you that you're not missing anything important. The way it is today, it's not useful for much. It doesn't even have 10% of what I was expecting to be able to use.

Hallan Dionisio: Thanks for sharing! Makes me want to upgrade even less! I imagine it might be a bit like the automations, they sound good until you actually try to use them and realise you can't do any of the things you had in mind...

I'm sure you all got one of these automated messages from Brian Shen, asking if just having 1 or 2 forms with conditional logic would be satisfactory, in the Standard Business Tier Subscription.
I offered my own feedback - and got no response, so I'm posting it here - maybe then I'll get some feedback...

Thanks for reaching out. Honestly, it’s still a bit disappointing that it’s being predominantly reserved for a higher tier. While I understand you need features to entice your customers to a more expensive subscription, at the scale of ClickUp now, I’d say your biggest concern should be customer retention.
I’ve been here since beta, and I stuck around because ClickUp has significantly improved stabilisation. Of course, some excellent features have landed naturally along the way too, which always helps.
In the last year or so, I’ve increased my subscription as my business grew. However, I’ve now reached the point where it doesn’t make sense for me to spend anymore money on an increased tier, when all I need is to cherry pick a handful of features.
There’s just too much I won’t use in the Business Plus plan to justify the expense.
Perhaps a better business model would be to allow customers to pay either:
a) based on the number of features they enable
b) based on the value of specific features themselves
This way businesses of any shape and size will always feel they’re getting the most out of the application, and only paying a fair price for the parts of ClickUp they actually want and need.
As for your proposal, if its 1 or 2 forms or nothing, then of course I’d take the offer. But it’s not really what I wanted when I upvoted that suggestion.
Remember, you don’t have to pay for a team of innovators anymore, people like me are all over canny, paying you for the privilege of coming up with great ideas for ClickUp, which helps to keep you ahead of your competition.

Like you, I am still very disappointed with ClickUp's stance. The existence of the Business Plus plan makes no sense.
When I signed up for ClickUp, I chose the Business plan precisely so I wouldn't have to deal with limitations or miss out on any new features.
The arrival of Business Plus not only changed that, but also removed tools that I was already using, such as tags in docs.
Anyway, even though I disagree with the path they are taking, I sent feedback hoping that they will also consider users on the "Unlimited" plan.

In my opinion, the ideal would be:
At least 5 forms with Conditional Logic for the Business plan and 2 for the "Unlimited" (please tell them to change that name because there's nothing unlimited about it).
This number should only apply to forms with active Conditional Logic. If you limit the number of forms in general, it will only further frustrate the audience.

For those who are not willing to change plan for such a basic feature, I recommend a good form solution : Tally.so

Hi Brian Shen do you know if this new feature can do multi-level logic like Asana can do? i'm trying to justify the price increase to my team but can't find a way to do multi-layer logic with this. It seems to drill only one level down if that makes sense?

I came here to see why I could not get the logic (that I have been waiting months for) to work, and I have just realised that I'm 'only' on a business plan. Fail. This is not that advanced, and as others have mentioned, Google and Asana have this as a basic offering.

I upvoted this before Business Plus was even a thing. I'm disappointed that you had the audacity to create a whole new pricing tier and then put this feature there - when the whole reason we voted on it in the first place, was because it was missing from the Business tier!
