Conditional logic on custom field 'Rating'
Michael Burden
I would think that conditional logic should be applied to the Rating custom field. This is used by me for surveys internally and externally.

Totally Agree, I had to switch to a drop down value system in instead, a fine work around, but it doesn't make much sense to have one and not the other. Perhaps they had a dead line.

I’d like to request a feature enhancement for the Rating custom field. This feature would be incredibly helpful for both internal and external surveys.
Currently, when someone rates an item, there’s no way to tailor follow-up questions based on their response. For example, if a user selects a low rating, it could trigger a set of questions to gather more details about their experience, while a high rating could lead to different follow-ups.
Adding conditional logic to the Rating custom field would greatly enhance its functionality, allowing users to create more dynamic and context-sensitive workflows.
This feature would align well with survey use cases and improve the flexibility of forms within ClickUp.
Thank you for considering this suggestion! I’d be happy to provide more details or examples if needed.
