Comment date hidden when pointing to the comment
not on the roadmap
George Isiminger
When looking for a comment by its date, it is annoying when you can't see the date when your pointer is within the comment. It's hidden by the commands that appear. I suggest positioning the commands to not block the view of the date.

Hiding the "time"
(i.e. "1 hour ago")
of recent comments when hovering over the comment effectively blocks
the user from the only method of discovering the actual date and time the comment was created.Jake Fergerstrom
I was just about to create a request for this. This drive me nuts!
Why not just put the action buttons and the date next to each other so you can see both? There's space. It actually creates extra mouse movement to move off the comment you want to see the date on. The most natural action is for your mouse to follow your eyes so you typically mouse over the comment you're reading. Then you wonder when it was written and you need to move your mouse off of the box to see the date. Just make the action buttons appear to the left of the date, maybe?

Was this decided against? It hasn't been addressed and is still annoying.

I have the same issue, that while going through the comments, the Date/Time of the comment gets hidden when you hover the mouse on it. This is annoying!, i hope it will be fixed soon.
