Column Calculation for Rollup fields

For us, we have a list which represents a project and contains two tasks. One task is the primary task and contains all of the work items that need to get done for the project with subtasks under it. The other task is used to track expenses for the project. It has it's own task type and expenses, invoices, etc. are tracked as their own line item as a subtask under the primary expense task. If there are multiple vendors or a complex project then we often will create a primary expense task for each vendor and will list expenses related to that vendor as subtasks respectively for each.
We use the rollup calculation to see the total expenses for all subtasks, but it would be nice if, for these complex or multi-vendor projects, if it would also rollup the parent level as well as all subtasks combined.
For example it may look something like this:
Vendor | Rollup Sum
Expense Name | Expense
Expense Name | Expense
Vendor | Rollup Sum
Expense Name | Expense
Vendor | Rollup Sum
Expense Name | Expense
Expense Name | Expense
Expense Name | Expense
Expense Name | Expense
| Total Rollup Sum
Right now it's just doing the total Rollup Sum.
I hope that makes sense.

I want to use the rollup value (Such as number of tickets connected, or the total time tracked) in the formula field calculations and in the calculation of the columns in the list
