color names for color blind users

I'm 100% color blind. The colors are useless to me as there is no color name when you hover over a color. This would be so helpful, and I'd almost prefer it to a pattern type colorblind mode. Thanks!

This is also useful when using blues and purples and different shades of green, etc, which are not even distinct enough for those with the ability to distinguish... across the board would love to see this implemented.

AMEN to this! I am not fully color blind, just red/green but I am in the same boat. There is another company out there who's name rhymes with Hello that has patterns for color blind people. Either add names or do the patterns would be extremely helpful. It's something like 8% of men are color blind. Most of us are used to having to adapt but I can guarantee you that if you added either of these features there are more people than you realize that would greatly appreciate it.

Man, I can't believe this hasn't been addressed in almost 3 years. How hard can this be to just add some tooltips? You have them for damn near everything else in ClickUp, you can't add tooltips for colors?! As I said in another thread, 1 in 12 men are colorblind, I am colorblind, half the colors in the palette are near useless to me because I can't tell what they are!
This is a DAILY frustration for me, and considering how big of a priority accessibility concerns are these days I would think someone would be paying more attention to these requests. We rely on color palettes heavily for UI/UX, how is this simple request on nobody's radar?
Apologies for the salt here, I just felt compelled to check on the status of colorblind/accessibility features because, as I said, this is literally a daily frustration working in ClickUp, and it looks like not a single step towards resolution has been taken at all. That's sad for anyone with color vision issues.
