The syntax highlight in the /code block keeps selecting incorrect theme, and user has to perform multiple actions to manually choose "Plain text".

Best example is putting URLs with complex URI.

Please allow us to select default syntax highlight and disable auto select.

Or put "plain text" to the top so that we don't have to scroll or type/search.

Or fix the detection and stop highlighting URLs where anything after # is dark grey like a comment and text is not readable.

This also applies to the ticket body.
