Hi Shalin Narainsamy! Can you (or an admin) check if the Clip ClickApp is enabled in your Workspace settings? Here's a help article about Clip with instructions for enabling the ClickApp:

Hi Ben, thank you. I checked and it's currently enabled. The article assisted me with resolving this - apparently this does not work on the Desktop App. I can use it on the Web. Have a good day.
