Is it possible to have this feature added for forms: Clip: Record & Share so external users not logged in could submit tickets to my larger team?

The benefit would be enormous to having external team members in warehouses submit clips of their screen, and further even other videos to document their physical ticket aspects, right now the upload process takes to long.

So again, I am hoping to have an external form published with the ability to do Clip: Record & Share, and further eventually send phone camera details in, not just screen recordings.
