This would address many of our current challenges. Requiring a guest account just to mark up a document isn’t ideal, especially when many other platforms offer proofing and markup options through a public link. It would also make things much easier for our clients, as they wouldn’t need to sign up or log in to another platform just to review and provide feedback.

Big missing piece in using clickup as a creative agency to work with clients. Approvals are a regular everyday need...but has to be dead simple. Anything client facing should be accessible without a login in order to be viable. Client do not want/care to have (nor will remember) another password.

This is a feature that is being asked for in so many different ways and you see it multiple times throughout when you're looking and there's even one in particular that asks for non-account holder collaboration and it had over 3,000 votes on it and they can continually keep closing these out and ignoring our requests for non account collaboration. This tool would increase its use for our company and it's efficiency if we have the ability to collaborate with temporary guests on specific items and specific projects or specific tasks to be able to assign them and to be able to track everything in the same program. But having to have everybody create an account is absolutely absurd. But despite all the thousands of requests that they're getting for this feature they continue to shut each and every one of them down and close out the request when they reach a higher number

definetly useful for agencies that work with images, presentations, or displays any deliverables in clickup that the customer can confirm so the customer can directly interact with the project and workmanagement of agency

This is THE feature missing from Clickup for agencies – it's almost unusable for us without this. We need something like WeTransfer Portal or GoVisually or Ziflow. A feature where an external user (with no account) can comment directly, press approve or decline the proof, and have proof iterations.

The proofing ability of Clickup is nice. Unfortunately it is in a walled garden. I wouldn't think that only allowing a guest to make comments would effect your server usage much. Of course there are several use cases but my customers would only use it once or twice each. I guess I'll have to go with Zoho Project's Customer Portal feature but I'd rather use Clickup.

Indeed! This feature would be a great plus helping us with clients that never interacted with ClickUp. Thus, ClickUp would gain the possibility of having new subscribers.
