We would like a scalable way to associate tasks with a specific client, entity, or account across multiple Spaces and Lists.
Many teams manage work for multiple external clients or internal entities, and tasks related to a single client often exist in different locations within ClickUp. While Relationships and dashboards can partially solve this, they become difficult to maintain as the number of tasks and clients grows.
Requested functionality:
* A centralized directory or database of clients/entities
* A native field that allows any task to be assigned to one client/entity from that directory
* Automatic aggregation of all tasks related to that client/entity, regardless of where the task lives
* Easy filtering and reporting by client/entity without requiring manual relationship maintenance
This would make cross-project tracking significantly easier and reduce administrative overhead for teams managing work across many clients or accounts.
