We reach out to our ClickUp Support rep often and they are awesome! They are always quick to respond and take our support requests seriously.
We sometimes get emails asking for feedback after a request is closed. Sometimes our requests take a while to complete and we submit several of them. Usually we just get the title of the request/email we originally used when we submitted the support request, but often that title isn't really helpful to understand what the context of the support request was that we are getting asked to leave feedback for.
It would be helpful if there was a way that we could get a brief summary or our first email message included with the feedback email so we understood and remembered the context better.
