Eric Wightman: is it possible to disable that tasks are automatically assigned to myself in a given space/folder/list? This feature is invaluable for projects and tasks (super handy, really), however, it is cumbersome for repository areas in ClickUp. it would be great to be able to toggle this on/off for each Space, Folder and List (maybe even per Status).
And to mirror all of this in the mobile app.

Eric Wightman: Wait wait wait! This is not complete! Even though I'm on personal mode, I'm still asked to assign watchers (which don't exist) and delegations in the inbox (I wish I had someone else to delegate to). I would prefer that personal mode hide all those other options!

PLEASE!!! I totally need this. Assigning to myself all the time is frustrating and I agree that while I want all the features - I don't need to see them all the time. So it would be great to be able to customize it for me and not have to assign to me. Also - I really want to HIDE or TURN OFF commenting. It's totally useless to me as an individual user and takes up SO MUCH screen space.

I agree! I have a team of 2 and all these features make ClickUp super cluttered - I don't use many of them. If I could turn these off somehow to make it simpler it would be great. It overwhelms my clients too.

Adding in another vote of support for at least the option to turn off team references, plus (a lot) more templates/use cases for individuals, both personal and professional. Goals for an individual's whole life don't always look like company goals. And individuals/solopreneurs often don't have the know-how to structure a process in a software app (and since they're usually their own IT department, I suspect tolls are underutilized most of the time). Even tips on modifying sample templates for different use cases might be helpful.
More to that personal use end, I'd love to see a dashboard or overview page that I can set up how I like - similar to the top level page in Notion. When personal life, family life, main job, side hustles, home projects, other projects, random ideas, collections, lists, etc., all make appearances in my day, I'd love to be able to see them arranged on the opening screen in ways that are most useful to me - to group links to projects/items (lists, spaces, folders, or a mix) on the page in ways that don't necessarily follow the hierarchical outline, and to select which ones I want to see there. For example, I might want to keep my collection of quotes right there on my front page, because they relate somehow to goals and objectives and are part of my morning routine, which is a checklist I run through each day (and would also like to link to), whereas I'm not interested in seeing a link to my collection that is my home inventory, even though I might have them both sitting at the same level within a single Space. This kind of customized workspace dashboard/front page could be even better with additional widgets such as a mini-calendar or hot list of urgent or coming-due tasks, etc.

That would be great! I´m a solopreneur, and all these team functions make interface cluttered and distracting for me. At least an option to globally disable team functions would be very useful

YES, I'm going crazy with all these team functions that are unnecessary to me. I have to constantly fix unassigned tasks :( Maybe automation will help with achieving that.

I am a student, and the income level of our country can not be compared with the United States, here APPLE MUSIC only needs 1.5 US dollars per month.
5 US dollars does exceed our spending on software, and my CU has reached the upper limit of the free version. So I hope that CU will consider providing a personal version, as well as educational discounts.
In my eyes, CU has surpassed Notion. I believe that a more suitable price can make CU's payment rate rise to a new stage. Thanks to the CU team! Zeb

A mode that would disable all references to "teams" and "assigned users". Because why do have to be part of a team, when I'm the only active user?

Pieter De Pauw: I agree. I'm using it alone and I just don't want to have to mess with team options. If I were working in a team then sure but as a solo user, I'd like to see an option to turn all references to teams off. It's just me.
