You can specify the timing, such as “30 minutes before due date.”

When asked follow-up questions on the given answer, the AI was eventually able to provide the correct information along with the workaround "Adjust your due dates or use reminders as a manual workaround."

Nevertheless, this would be an awesome feature to have via automation - not necessarily via emails ony but on mobile app notifs too (or maybe there was something I missed, relatively new here!)
