The problem:
When ClickUp Brain is used with the new (recently launched) GPT-5.1 model, a response glitch occurs where the same answer is repeated two or three times in a single response.
Details:
  • Every request I write to ClickUp Brain, the requested response appears but is repeated literally 2-3 times
  • This consumes the AI balance very quickly - the monthly balance ended in just one day
  • The problem started immediately after using GPT-5.1. The reason is probably the rapid integration of GPT-5.1 into ClickUp Brain
The effect:
  • Unnecessary consumption of AI balance
  • Inability to use the service normally
  • The user experience is very bad
The required solution:
  • Fix the repetition error in responses when using GPT-5.1
  • Review balance consumption and ensure that repeated replies are not counted
  • Providing additional credit as compensation for the defect
